Mr. Diluk Rathnayake

Diluk Rathnayake is our Director and Co-Founder of BURC Lanka. He is an FHEA UK holder with an MBA in International Business Consultancy. A former Business Programme Leader at the University of Greenwich, he brings over 15 years of UK experience. His journey as an international student fuels his passion for mentoring others. Diluk champions soft skills development and provides expert guidance for global education. He enjoys the gym and hiking across Sri Lanka.

Ms. Imogen Thompson

Imogen Thompson is our Director and Co-Founder of BURC Lanka. She graduated from the University of Greenwich in the UK and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help students navigate their higher education journeys in the UK, as well as support their personal and professional development, including interview techniques and employability skills. Imogen enjoys heading to the coast for swimming and surfing, or exploring Sri Lanka's beautiful landscapes in the mountains while hiking.
